Ayame Matcha • First Harvest Ceremonial (Presale)
We're still finishing the official packaging, but our community asked for this sooner than later — so we're releasing a limited 20g "unofficial packaging" batch to hold you over.

Grown in the misty hills of Yame, Fukuoka Prefecture — one of Japan's most celebrated matcha-producing regions — Queen Omi Matcha is a ceremonial-grade green tea powder prized for its vivid color, silky texture, and deep umami character. Shaded for weeks before harvest to concentrate chlorophyll and amino acids, the tea leaves are steamed, dried, and stone-ground into a fine, jade-green powder that whisks into a smooth, frothy bowl with none of the bitterness found in lower grades.
Each sip opens with a gentle sweetness, rounds out into rich umami depth, and finishes clean and lingering — the signature of tea grown in Yame's fertile, fog-cooled valleys, long regarded as producing some of the finest matcha in Japan.
Tasting notes: sweet grass, toasted nori, a whisper of chestnut
Best for: traditional usucha (thin tea), lattes, and matcha connoisseurs who want an authentic, single-origin experience
Grade: Ceremonial
Origin: Yame, Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan
Whisk with hot (not boiling) water for a classic bowl, or blend into your favorite latte for an elevated everyday ritual — Queen Omi Matcha brings centuries of Japanese tea craftsmanship to every cup.
